50 Miles for Charity

Charity bike ride CasewareAt inside Maidstone Magazine we love to hear about Maidstone people raising money for good causes.  On 21st September three employees – Rob, Stuart and Georgie – from Maidstone based company Caseware take on an incredible 50 mile bike ride around the Weald to raise money for two amazing, local charities – Demelza House and Peter’s Place.

Staplehurst, Frittenden, Smarden, Woodchurch, St. Michael’s and Biddenden will all be on their circular cycle route which starts and ends at the Stilebridge Inn, Marden.  They are setting off at 09.30 and hope to be finished and relaxing at the Stilebridge Inn by 16:00.

This is a great way to raise money and keep fit.  Caseware said: “If anyone would like to join us in the afternoon at The Stilebridge Inn to celebrate our long journey they are very welcome, it is a lovely pub with great local food and drinks.  Food is served between 12.00 – 17.00 on a Sunday” but you had better book a table in advance as it’s going to be a busy day with a buzz! We wish them luck on their journey – happy fundraising!
