Father Christmas Down on the Farm!
Take a tractor sleigh ride to visit Santa at Kent Life Heritage Farm Park, near Maidstone, this December. He’ll be in his magical grotto every weekend from Saturday 6 December until Christmas, plus Monday 22, Tuesday 23 and Christmas Eve. Tickets to see Santa cost just £5 per child (10% discount for Kent Life members) and include time with Santa, a special gift plus mince pies for mum and dad. Youngsters can also join Twinkle Toes the elf and decorate their own gingerbread man.
While you’re there you can write a letter to Santa in the play barn, paint a gift in the paint-a-pot studio, feed the animals and give the smaller animals a hug in Cuddle Corner, while Dotty’s Tearoom will be serving refreshments.
If you’re still looking for presents, you’ll find plenty of stocking fillers and festive gifts in the Kent Life shop. For a truly unusual gift, why not adopt one of Kent Life’s animals or birds for someone special? From donkeys and shire horses to alpacas, rabbits and pigs, there’s a furry friend to suit everyone.
Pre-booking to see Santa is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment. Tickets are available now on 01622 621249.
General admission to Kent Life is £5.55 adults, £4.95 concessions and £4.35 children (under-threes and Kent Life members free). The cost of visiting Santa is not included in the admission price.
Kent Life is closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day but otherwise is open throughout school Christmas holidays until Sunday 4 January. Opening hours are 10am to 3pm (last admission 2pm).
